Sound Healing Training

This program is aimed at existing bowl and gong players, who have already started their journey with gongs and bowls. The participants either have been self-taught or have done some basic training in sound healing before and are already conducting sound baths. This module is an opportunity to hone their existing skills as well deepening experience through sound. Focus is more on practical aspects than theoretical aspects of sound healing. Those participants starting their sound journeys can also join, depending if they are also signing up for Himalayan bowls and gong basic modules.

Basic demonstration of different sound healing instruments – Conch shells, Gongs, bowls, Shruti box, Chimes, koshi bells, drums, oblong, tuned pipes, forks.

How to conduct a gong performance/concert – setting up gongs and other Instruments and creating a sacred space.

Quick demonstration of gong strokes and their effects

Conducting a public gong bath/ceremony – practice session

Demonstration of Himalayan bowls and its usage in sound baths

Gong session – one to one healing/ therapy session

Universal greetings

Conducting Gong concerts – use of tuned sound healing instruments, such as, tuning forks, Tunes pipes, oblongs, planetary gongs etc.
