About The Event
Mindfulness and creativity are combined beautifully in this workshop, presented by writer and wellbeing facillitator Tom George. Incorporating guided meditation, awareness of the senses, examining natural objects (rocks, shells etc.) and fun, collaborative writing exercises we will learn to free our creativity and write from the heart - poetry, prose or whatever comes out.

All sharing of work is voluntary and non-judgemental. There will be a break with refreshments available in the cafe. Please bring your own writing materials.
